I am constantly dealing with frustrating PDF files in my job. Sometimes i can't save then, other times I can write on them.A great way for teachers to change an unwritable PDF into a useable text/word document is to simply drop the PDF into google drive and then open the PDF as a google doc. The PDF is then instantly opened as a text document that is now editable.
