Starting an online e-Portfolio

I attended a NZTC course on appraisal at the Kohia teachers center, and after a discussion with staff from other settings I became very interested in their chosen methods of evidence collecting; specifically online e-portfolios.

I often need time to collect my thoughts when asked about my teaching and when 'put on the spot' often I find it difficult to recall things that I use as standard practice in the class setting. Immediately I began to see the ease at which I could photograph, video or write evidence directly from my cellphone or iPad. Without anything more than a few clicks I would easily be able to build a collection of data and evidence to reflect on my practice.
