I have been finding that due to my technical knowledge of google drive and ipads, the demand for my time during Friday afternoons at the Anton centre has been monopolized by these issues and this takes away from my team. Two RTDs have commented to me about this and expressed a desire to be able to have a 'priority' over technical issues, something I entirely agree with.
I have set up a simple booking system for my team via google calendars. This allows them to book me in 30 minute slots for senior teacher 1-1 time with regards to appraisal, questions, guidance etc. As can be seen from todays calendar (see right) the whole team has embraced this new system.
