As part of my assist role, I attended a two day training session and was able to share the information I have learnt over the previous few years to some of the new staff joining the ASSIST team. I needed to collate all the information I felt was essential to present in the form of PowerPoint, and also prepared to be very adaptable as the knowledge levels were very different for some of the new staff.
